Responsibilities

Employees

  • Employees should report any suspected violations to their supervisor or Human Resources.
Supervisors and Managers
  • Supervisors and managers are responsible for promoting a work environment that is free from discrimination and harassment.
  • They must ensure that all employees are aware of their rights under this policy.
Human Resources
  • The Human Resources Department will oversee the implementation of this policy and provide training to employees.
  • HR will manage complaints and investigations related to discrimination or harassment.
