Responsibilities

Employees
  • All employees are expected to uphold the principles of this Gender Equality Policy and treat each other with respect and dignity.
  • Employees should report any violations of this policy to their supervisor or Human Resources.
Supervisors and Managers
  • Supervisors and managers are responsible for fostering a culture of gender equality within their teams.
  • They must ensure that all employees are aware of their rights under this policy and actively promote equal opportunities.
Human Resources
  • The Human Resources Department will oversee the implementation of this policy and provide training and resources to employees.
  • HR will manage complaints and monitor the effectiveness of gender equality initiatives.
